I am currently taking a hiatus from The Many Moons of
Astra, so until further notice there will be no weekly
updates of this comic. I am hoping to return to
work on the comic eventually, to at least finish out the
story-line, but at the moment cannot give any indication
about when that will happen. Please subscribe to
my RSS feed if you are interested, so that you will be
notified when I begin to update again.
I really do regret stopping in the middle of a story,
and was hoping to be able to get through it before
considering a hiatus at all, but sadly the economy
doesn't seem to care what my plans are in that
regard. As things stand now, I simply cannot
afford the vast amount of time this comic takes each
week, because I need to devote that time to trying to
jump start our business or, failing that, seek outside
employment. The harsh fact is, when things get
financially rough, time-consuming hobbies are the first
things that must be sacrificed in favor of paying work.
I want to thank all of you for being readers, you have
no idea how much it has meant to me that people are
interested in my comic. Perhaps once things
improve with our national economy, we will see a
turn-around in our personal finances as well, and I can
return to work on this story. Until then, I bid
you all farewell.
