MERRY MEET!

           This is Goldentree Wands’ fifth newsletter, however, this is our first update from Boise, Idaho, USA!  Glen and Willow made the move to Boise from California on April 25^th.  What a beautiful change this was for us and Goldentree Wands.  Wilderness abounds and we can be more environmentally friendly when not living in smog.  Thank you to everyone who stuck with us through the move and sent us words of encouragement (Deborah!)  We’d like to apologize for the website going offline every once in a while.  We are, obviously still around and are working daily to fix the problem and keep Goldentree Wands online no matter when you visit.  If you do arrive at a broken link or no site at all, please be patient as we will be back as soon as possible.

NEW CONTEST!

          Congratulations to our Win a Free Wand contest winner!  Thank you to all who participated in the contest.  There will be 8 contests per year, one for each festival of the Wiccan calendar.  Our next contest is for a free hand painted glass Chalice!  This contest ends on Litha or Summer Solstice, June 21.  Don’t pass up your chance to win!

NEW ITEMS AND FEATURES:

            Although we were busy with a move, we managed to add a few new altar box designs with different sizes to choose from and beautiful cloak clasps to compliment your cloaks nicely.  We have answered your requests and added a much needed calculator function to our cloak and robe pages (available on lined custom cloaks now, will be available on other pages within the next couple days).  You will also be able to view your color choices on our website without guessing what Taupe exactly looks like.

Our most impressive change however does not come in the form of a product…

            Information pages!  An entire page dedicated to the history and different beliefs and aspects of Wicca and Paganism.  We have also added information pages on the Magical Properties of Wood, the Magic of Color, and Magical and Pagan Symbols.  Read and enjoy.

UPCOMING FEATURES (coming before July, 2005):

            Wedding cloaks, Opera Cloaks (think “Interview with a Vampire”), more t-shirt designs, bumper stickers, and hooded robes, all being completed and will be posted on our site by the end of June.

GODDESS FEST 2005:

Goldentree Wands will have their own booth at Goddess Fest, on July 30, 2005, at the Band Shell in Julia Davis Park, in Boise Idaho.  Come see our products first hand.  Try on that cloak, hold that wand, and talk to us!  We’re always looking to meet new people.  Email us for more information.
