Gemstone offerings are tiny semiprecious gemstones used in
magical workings for a variety of purposes. They can be
ground with a mortal and pestle and placed in incenses and
potions, or sprinkled over plants, animals, and people to
encourage healing. They can be placed within satchet
bags, along with herbs and other reagents, to promote
protection, peace, prosperity, or love. Their uses are
the same as a larger stone of their type. These are just
very small, and extremely useful for purposes that do not
require a large stone, or for which the stone will be
destroyed or discarded afterward. Because they are small
and numerous, they will also last a very long time unless used
quite frequently.
Each jar measures roughly 1 1/2 inch by 3/4 inch with a
tapered, corked neck. There will be a certain amount of
variation to the size and shape of each jar, though they all
hold roughly the same amount of stones. Each filled jar
weighs roughly 1 ounce, and is packed as full as possible with
stones.
